- The water tap fee can be obtained through Fall Creek Falls Utility District at the cost of $550.00. For more information, call 423-881-5065.
- Electric deposit is $100.00 unless they are provided with a letter of credit from the buyer's current provider. The electric service provider would be Sequatchie Valley Electric CO-OP, and they can be contacted at 423-447-2131.
- The cost for telephone service is a $13.00 membership fee and a $100.00 deposit or a letter of credit. Feel free to contact Bledsoe County Telephone Cooperative with any further questions at 423-447-2121.

| Question 3: Is there a time frame that the purchaser must build after buying the property? |

| Answer: No, you may choose to build at any time or not ever build on your property at all. If you choose to build, your construction should be complete within 1 year from the date that you start. |

| Answer: This is a thickly wooded area and it has no zoning. It is owned by a doctor and was purchased as a long term investment. To our knowledge, he has no plans of development. |

| There is river fishing along the Cane Creek River and Sequatchie River. You can drop your boat and ski at either Crossville, Dunlap or in the Cane Creek River in Spencer. All are within a 15-30 minute drive. |

| Answer: Pikeville is located in middle Tennessee and is centrally located between Knoxville, Nashville and Chattanooga. The town of Pikeville is located in the Sequatchie Valley that runs the length of three counties from Cumberland County to Sequatchie County, and at no time does its width exceed five miles. This topography offers a panoramic view from all directions. |

| To the east is Walden's Ridge, which divides the Tennessee Valley from the Sequatchie Valley. The Ridge is made up of rolling farmlands, large forested areas and other points of interest that make it worth the trip.
