- Travel North I-75, after crossing the Georgia/Tennessee state line, go approx. 1.0 mile.
- Go West I-24 (exit 2) towards Chattanooga/Nashville. Go approx. 6.5 miles.
- Go North Hwy 27 (exit 178) towards Downtown Chattanooga.
- Stay on North Hwy 27 for approx. 22.5 miles, then
- Go North Hwy 111 towards Dunlap, travel approx. 17 miles.
- Exit Hwy 127, go right at the end of the exit which is North 127 towards Pikeville.
- Go approx. 9.3 miles, turn left. This is College Station Mtn. Road. There will be a Gardner Place sign here.
- Go 5.9 miles, turn right. This is Griffith Road. There will be a Gardner Place sign here.
- Go 0.9 miles, turn right into Gardner Place. There will be a Gardner Place sign here at the entrance.
